Project management system

Software description:

A system for the management of  resources, tracking and reporting work time for each project, the software gives us control for progress work time in project, building data base of company for the current project, degree of difficulty, number of people engaged in each particular part of the project.

The system contains two applications, operating in a Windows environment.
The first one is installed on each PC station included in the whole system.
The second one gives us possibility to manage resources and prepare reports. It is installed on privileged users PC stations with an access to collected data.
The system track active work time for an particular project, and logging time of engineers at their PC workstation.

• unlimited number of defined projects

Report module:

• Summary report for particular project divided into 12 settling periods
• Export data report to *.csv file
• Report group of projects
• Individual user report in particular project
• Project report with information on time planning

Users account module:

• Add/edit users in system
• Possibility to obtain users from Domain Controller.
• User management in particular project
• User work time review in particular project
• Lock/unlock users in system 

Planning module:

• graphic representation of planned project/subproject work time
• unlimited number of tasks for subproject
• edit of planned work time
• diagram of real work time against planned
